Privacy policy

Personal information that we obtain from you at registration are processed in the information system, the operator is ATCON Systems s r.o., Bulharká 70, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Identification Number: 35866535, registered in the Commercial Register of District Court Bratislava I, depart. Sro, insert No. 29735/B.

1. The purpose of processing personal data:

a) protect the rights and legitimate interests of copyright holders to the program TechCON,
b) targeted advertising services and products related to the program TechCON - training, workshops, extension and updating of the program.

2. For this purpose, we process the following data, that if applicable to a person, are considered personal information:

a) academic degree,
b) name,
c) last name,
d) address for correspondence,
e) e-mail,
f) phone.

These personal information you are required to provide for the protection of rights and legitimate interests of copyright holders to TechCON program.
Without providing them the registration fails and you can not start using the program.

Attention:
for versions released in the year 2017 and before the year 2017, if you will check the box "I confirm that I have read the information regarding the processing of personal data.", you will give the permission to process your personal data.
If you do not want to give this permission, you do not check this box !

Personal data may also be provided for the purpose of targeted advertising of services and products related to the program TechCON. Agreement with this purpose of processing you express by checking the box „I agree to provide the data for advertising purposes“. Unless this box is not checked, we will not send any promotional offers.

Data collected at registration will be provided on request to the company that spread this version of the program [to the same extent as to the operator above], which is the license holder and which is derived your sub-license to use the program TechCON.

Your information will not be disclosed or made available to persons other than those listed in this information. The data will be used only for the purposes set out here.

3. Edification about your other rights:

As we process your personal data, you have the right to require:

  • confirmation whether or not your personal data are being processed,
  • information regarding the processing of personal data in the range: the identification data the operator and a mediator, if the operator has a mediator, a list of personal data and purpose of their processing, the legal basis of the processing of personal data as well as information on whether and to whom the personal data are provided, made available, transmitted and published,
  • information about the source from which the operator obtained the personal data for processing,
  • a list of your personal data, which are subject to processing,
  • correction or disposal of your incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data, which are subject to processing,
  • disposal of your personal data, the purpose of which processing has ended,
  • disposal of your personal data, if there was a violation of the law by processing,
  • blocking of your personal data on ground of appeal of agreement before the expiry of the period of its validity, if the operator processes personal data on the basis of the consent of the person concerned.

    Your request, we are obliged to execute for free. An exception is a list of your personal information that we are required to provide free of charge, except for payment which may not exceed the amount of reasonably spent material costs associated with making copies, providing technical carriers and delivery of information, unless a special law provides otherwise.

    You have the right to oppose:

  • the processing of personal data, which are assumed that they are being or will be processed for direct marketing purposes without your consent and request their disposal,
  • use of personal data in the range: title, name, last name, and address for correspondence for direct marketing purposes in the mail correspondence, or
  • providing personal data in the range: title, name, last name, and address for correspondence for direct marketing purposes.

    You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons by speaking or by submitting evidence of infringement of your rights and legally protected interests that are or may be in a particular case corrupted by such processing of personal data.

    This right may be claimed if:

  • processing of personal data for the purposes of making artistic or literary works, for the purpose of informing the public via mass media,
  • processing of personal data which has already been published in accordance with the law,
  • processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill the important task carried out in the public interest, and
  • the processing of personal data is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the the operator or a third party.

    Unless prevented by legal reasons and it is proved that your complaint is justified, we are obliged to block and dispose the personal data processing which you have claimed without undue delay, as soon as circumstances permit.

  • 4. Additional information:

    The legal basis for personal data processing upon registration for program usage is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (further only as the “GDPR”) (performance of a contract and measures prior to concluding a contract), and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and on amendments and supplements to certain acts.

    We will inform you about your personal data we process upon request. Provided the conditions stipulated by the generally binding legal regulations (in particular the GDPR) are met, you have the right to access (Art. 15 of the GDPR), right to rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR), right to erasure (Art. 17 of the GDPR), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the GDPR), right to portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR), and right to object to the processing (Art. 21 of the GDPR) of this personal data. You can also withdraw any consent you have provided and raise objections against processing of your personal data.

    We are obliged to process your requests without undue delay and in every case within the time limits stipulated by the generally binding legal regulations (in particular Art. 12 of the GDPR).
